Key Responsibilities

  • Complete administration for all of the employee life cycle, to include new starters, employment changes and leavers, in a timely manner
  • Be the HR systems expert
  • Administer all onboarding processes, including name badges and probation reviews
  • Ensure all employees are eligible to work in the UK within their roles
  • Ensure payroll changes are processed timely, and partner with the Finance team to ensure monthly payroll checks are completed efficiently
  • Support with new starter inductions
  • Administer employee benefits, reward and recognition initiatives
  • Support with employee accommodation, including welcoming new arrivals, assisting with maintenance issues and conducting accommodation inspections
  • Support the Learning and Development Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager, where necessary
  • Be the welcoming face of HR, to support employees and managers with any arising issues
  • Support the HR function with wellbeing and engagement activities
  • Promote effective internal communication with all employees via multiple methods

  • Excellent internal customer service skills, with a genuine interest in making the employee experience magical
  • Self-motivated with a professional, 5* persona in all circumstances
  • HR experience is not essential; just the right attitude, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Flexible to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong administration skills, and competent with Microsoft Office
  • Driven to look at ways to continuously improve processes
  • Organised and proactive, and be able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Experience working with a HR system is desirable
  • A driver's licence and car are essential
