HR and Operations Administrator
Location: Slough
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £30 - £35k
HR and Operations Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Human Resources and Operations departments. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and detail-focused, aiming to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Of The Role
- Provide administrative support across HR and Operations, ensuring efficient process flow and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records for operational activities, employee data, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams to support operational and HR projects, including stock takes, supplier communications, and employee onboarding.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and HR documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining necessary records and assisting with compliance-related administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of compliance processes and documentation, with experience in CAA compliance or aviation regulations being a significant advantage.
- Desirable: CIPD qualification or working towards one.
