Temporary Contract – Sickness Cover
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Feltham. This role is covering a period of sickness absence and could last from a few weeks to a few months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator looking for a flexible role.

Pay Rate
£16.00 per hour
Working Hours
Flexible working pattern – approximately 5 hours per day, with start and finish times to be agreed to suit the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring all outstanding actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Preparing a variety of HR documentation, including letters, forms and general correspondence.
- Managing the HR inbox, responding to routine enquiries and escalating matters to the Head of HR or HR Advisor when appropriate.
- Filing and maintaining both electronic and paper-based employee records in line with company procedures.
- Providing recruitment administration support, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews and coordinating Microsoft Teams and face-to-face interviews.
- Assisting with payroll administration by producing sickness, absence and overtime reports from the time and attendance system.
- Monitoring and processing internal request forms, ensuring actions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department or individual.
- Providing reception support, welcoming visitors, managing sign-in procedures and issuing PPE where required.
- Supporting the HR team and wider business with ad hoc administrative tasks and office duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
