*rtis HR is representing a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on an immediate basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR or strong administration experience who is looking to build their career within HR and gain exposure across a broad range of people processes.
The role
Working closely with the HR team, you'll help keep the day-to-day HR operation running smoothly and act as one of the first points of contact for employee queries. You'll be involved in:
- Processing new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and secondments
- Completing right to work checks and auditing new starter paperwork
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Updating training and HR systems
- Coordinating medicals, probation reminders and reference requests
- Supporting with employee communications and HR documentation
- Sending and collating DSE assessments and exit questionnaires
- Answering HR queries and escalating where appropriate
- Providing general HR administration support to the wider team

About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HR administration or general administration
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- A confident communicator, both written and verbally
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team
- Ideally has some knowledge of HR systems or is keen to learn
