You will be the go-to HR administrator for a growing, people-first organisation, supporting colleagues and managers across the full employee lifecycle. This is a home-based role with one team day in our Holborn, London office each month, giving you the flexibility to do great work from home while staying closely connected to your team.

From onboarding to offboarding—and everything in between—you will keep our HR operations running smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will be a trusted partner for day-to-day queries, a champion of great employee experience, and a meticulous guardian of our HR data and processes.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Your days will balance responsive support with well-planned administration. You will:

  • Process changes
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Prepare letters and reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and compliance
  • Keep colleagues informed with clear, friendly communication
  • Spot opportunities to simplify tasks and improve the way we work

What Success Looks Like

  • HR records, documents, and systems are accurate, compliant, and consistently up to date.
  • Joiners are set up smoothly, with a welcoming, well-organised onboarding experience.
  • Changes, approvals, and payroll inputs are processed right first time and on schedule.
  • Colleagues and managers receive timely, helpful responses to HR queries.
  • Regular reporting is clear, reliable, and ready when stakeholders need it.
  • You proactively streamline steps, reduce errors, and improve process clarity.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Administering the employee lifecycle: offers, contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers.
  • Preparing HR documents and letters, maintaining HRIS records, and managing personnel files.
  • Coordinating monthly payroll inputs and changes in partnership with Finance.
  • Monitoring inboxes, responding to routine queries, and escalating where needed.
  • Supporting compliance tasks such as right to work checks, DBS, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Producing regular HR reports and supporting ad hoc projects and process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
