About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Rugeley. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement with 25-30 hours per week, making it ideal for individuals seeking a work-life balance. As an HR Administrator at Turner & Voce Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions of the business. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processes, and facilitating employee training. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and compliantly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess previous HR administration experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR processes and systems. A CIPD Level 3 or 4 qualification, or current pursuit of such, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, alongside experience with HR systems or databases. Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and confident communication abilities. A professional and discreet approach is necessary to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Additionally, candidates should possess GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including preparing job adverts, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Assist with onboarding processes and pre-employment checks to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records in compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Update and manage HR systems such as BrightHR and TimeKeeper to reflect contractual changes, absences, and other employee data.
- Coordinate and support employee training programs, maintaining training records and scheduling sessions as needed.
- Provide payroll support by processing timesheets, managing absences, and updating contractual information.
- Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and management.
- Assist with policy explanations, holiday entitlement, and HR procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Contribute to general HR administration tasks to support the broader HR team and business operations.
