As one of the first points of contact for HR, you'll play a vital role in supporting colleagues and managers across the business, ensuring every stage of the employee journey is delivered with professionalism, accuracy and care.
Whether you're coordinating new starters, supporting managers with people processes or maintaining our HR systems, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering an excellent service and continually improving the colleague experience. If you're looking to build your HR career in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term contract for 12-months
What’s in it for you…
In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:
- High street discount schemes
- Health cash plans
- 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
- Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
- Car leasing scheme
- Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
