About the Role
We are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing business. The Administrator will work as part of the HR Team, to organize and manage system documents and administration.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time Investment Needed on Each:
- Create and manage employee folders.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of all operational hiring activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures and highlight any shortcomings or poorly prepared documentation to senior management.
- Identify any problems or issues in admin/operations processes and systems and assist in resolving them in a quick and effective manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate documents and records of procedures for future reference purposes.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and other software tools.
- Previous experience of HR Administration, desirable.
- Be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Have good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Be able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team player and being able to work with more than one team.
- Good attention to detail.
