About the Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative duties within the HR Department. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of departmental processes alongside the Senior HR administrator and the wider HR team.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR team and wider business teams
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Process and manage correspondence, reports, and business communications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and diary management where required
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration activities
- Manage data entry and ensure information accuracy across systems
- Liaise with employees on employee engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
- Support projects and business initiatives as required

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Experience working within a fast-paced collaborative environment
