HR Administrator
Salary: £16,364 - £17,443 per annum (Grade 4 - £27,274 - £29,071 Pro Rata)
Hours: 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE) over 4 days to include Monday and Tuesday
Contract Type: Part time, permanent
Workstyle: Fixed - City Learning Quarter
About the Role
A great opportunity has arisen at Adult Education Wolverhampton for an HR Administrator. Supporting a busy college team, we are looking for someone who has excellent organisation skills and a genuine desire to help. As a diligent, patient and highly organised administrator with experience of HR practices, you will support a busy team with day to day operational HR tasks such as, dealing with queries, maintaining the Single Central Record, processing pay claims, monitoring and reporting absences, supporting managers with HR functions and recruitment campaigns. You should have an awareness of Ofsted, a good working knowledge of HR processes and be an effective communicator.
About the Organisation
Adult Education Wolverhampton is a City Centre Adult Learning campus with a great team of around 100 staff service and 2000 students. This will be an exciting role for someone with the skills, knowledge and genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
This is an office-based post and will be situated at our Adult Education College campus in Wolverhampton City Centre.

Our Working Arrangements
All council roles are allocated to either a fixed, field or flexible work style. Some roles are agile which enable and empower employees to maximise their performance and productivity, whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance.
- Fixed workstyle: Work in a fixed permanent council location.
- Field workstyle: Employees required to be out working in the community with a minimum requirement for 'touch down' space at any council location.
