About the Role

Are you an HR Administrator with at least two years’ HR experience, looking to broaden your knowledge and develop your career?

We’re looking for an organised, proactive colleague to join our four-person HR team. This is a varied, generalist role with exposure to the full employee lifecycle and plenty of opportunity to learn.

You’ll report to our HR Business Partner and work alongside our Head of HR, Senior HR Administrator and Payroll Specialist. We’re a supportive team who know the firm well and bring a wealth of HR experience. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and helping each other develop.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help keep our day-to-day HR activities running smoothly, supporting colleagues across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for joining and departing colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports.
  • Coordinating learning and development activities, including exam results and our internal HLK Academy.
  • Supporting the coordination of graduate recruitment.
  • Maintaining and updating our People and Culture intranet.
  • Coordinating absence administration and records.
  • Coordinating our annual performance management administration.
  • Sharing responsibility for monitoring the HR inbox and responding to queries.
  • Supporting the wider team with projects and other activities as they arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
