Change Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a local charity who are looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join their HR team. This role will be initially until the end of the year, whilst they assess the requirements of the team. We are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours a week, exact hours are negotiable but ideally over 4-5 days a week including a Friday.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting with all administration duties and potentially assisting with payroll.

Duties
- Be the first point of contact for general enquiries from staff and applicants
- Ensure that all employment checks are carried out for staff, including RTW, DBS, occupational health etc.
- Maintain all staff records on the HR system
- Supporting the wider HR team on various projects and general tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support to the L&D, HR Advisory and recruitment teams
- Ad-Hoc support to the Head of HR as required
