As an HR Administrator in Edinburgh

You'll support the smooth running of the human resources function in the property industry. This role involves handling administrative tasks and processes to ensure everything is organised and efficient.

This role is within the property industry and based in Edinburgh.

Description

  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Handle payroll administration and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and development programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

Job Offer

  • Permanent position within the property industry.
  • Additional benefits as part of the contract.
  • Office Based
  • Salary range of £26,500 to £29,000 (dependent on skill and experience)
  • Employer pension contribution of 5.5% (subject to you contributing 3.5%)
  • 30 days of annual leave (inclusive of public and statutory holidays)
  • Life assurance of 2.5 times salary
