Join Our Team as an HR Administrator
Are you an organised, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our growing team and provide high-quality support across the full employee life cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, confident about using HR systems and technology, and passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
- Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and issuing offer documentation
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Processing contractual changes, letters, and employee correspondence
- Assisting with payroll administration and benefits information
- Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data
- Supporting managers and employees with HR-related queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
We're looking for an individual who is:
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle activities
- Experience using HRIS or HR management systems
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
