Role: HR Administrator
Salary: £36,006.69 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £441. There is the ability to progress to £39,971.53 over the next 3 years.
Location: Head Office London
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a HR Administrator. The post-holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Human Resources department across the full generalist remit.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of effective HR administration
- Experience of working with an ATS and managing in house recruitment end to end
- Excellent administration skills, and ability to analyse and report on data
- The ability to work using own initiative within a fast paced environment
