HR ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £15.38 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Manchester City Centre - Hybrid
Contract: 3-month temporary contract
Hours: Mon-Fri (37.5hrs)
Start Date: ASAP Start - September
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Manchester City Centre on an initial three-month temporary contract.
This is a varied HR administration role, supporting the wider team across employee documentation, onboarding, HR systems, and general employee queries. It would suit someone with previous HR administration experience who is organised, confident working at pace, and able to manage sensitive information accurately.

- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters, including induction administration
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
- Managing HR correspondence and responding to employee queries
- Processing employee changes and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
- Supporting with payroll-related changes and liaising with relevant internal teams
- Monitoring and updating absence records
- Coordinating training sessions, meetings, and HR-related activities
- Maintaining confidential employee information in line with data protection requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team during a busy period

What we're looking for
- Previous experience within HR administration or HR support
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive employee information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- A proactive and dependable approach to work
