Temporary assignment to cover long term sickness - Poole - Hybrid (2 days office)
£16.50 / £17.00 an hour DOE
Are you an organised HR professional with recruitment experience and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience? We're looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to support a busy HR team across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally IRIS Networx.
- Create engaging job adverts and utilise social media to attract top talent.
- Process pre-employment checks including DBS, Right to Work and reference requests.
- Support visa sponsorship applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support data migration/testing within a new HR system.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to recruitment and HR-related queries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assist with HR meetings and occasionally take notes during employee relations hearings.

About You:
- Previous experience in a HR or Recruitment Administration/Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and pre-employment screening requirements.
- Knowledge of sponsorship processes and Right to Work legislation.
- Good understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
