Role Profile

We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable HR Administrator to join our HR team.

This is a varied role providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training and leavers.

Job Title: HR Administrator
Base Location: Reigate

Reports To: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time / 6-month fixed term contract
Annual Leave: 21 days per annum
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts, contractual changes and other HR documentation.
  • Supporting recruitment, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinating new starter administration, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
  • Coordinating internal and external employee training.
  • Maintaining the company training matrix, training records and certificates.
  • Monitoring mandatory training, certification and renewal dates and following up where required.
  • Liaising with employees, managers and external training providers regarding training arrangements.
  • Processing leavers and ensuring records and documentation are updated.
  • Responding to general HR queries and supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function.

Personal Attributes

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous administrative experience, ideally within HR.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Is comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Can manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Has a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team while being able to use their own initiative.
