About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and motivated HR Administrator to join their team on a remote, part-time basis. This is an excellent entry-level HR opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Human Resources, HR Administration, People Operations, or Business Administration. Full training will be provided, so previous HR experience is not essential.

You will support day-to-day HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with a range of people-related processes while developing practical HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and wider business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with onboarding and new starter administration
  • Prepare HR documents, letters, and internal communications
  • Update HR systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Assist with holiday, absence, and employee information records
  • Respond to routine HR and employee administration queries
  • Support recruitment and interview administration where required
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR records and documentation are handled accurately and confidentially
  • Support general administrative tasks across the people and HR function

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and interested in developing a career in HR. You may be a recent graduate, school or college leaver, career changer, or someone with previous administrative experience looking to move into Human Resources.

You should have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • A professional and confidential approach
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes
