HR ADMINISTRATOR
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join our HR team, sat within the Group Central Support.
We are looking for someone to provide efficient HR Administrative support to the Group's Central Support functions and contribute to group HR projects when required. This person will also support the Senior HR Ops Manager in overseeing and monitoring day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR service delivery accuracy, quality, and timeliness for Group Central Support colleagues.
The role:
We seek an individual to join as an HR Administrator where your focus will be:
- First point of Contact for All HR Queries
- HR Mailbox management
- Support daily HR operations/administration for Group Central Support colleagues and line managers, including managing joiners/movers/leavers processes, recruitment, contract management, liaison with payroll, etc
- Onboarding & Off Boarding processes effectively
- Handling and resolution of all colleague and line manager queries, escalating as appropriate
- Assist with continuously reviewing and implementing appropriate policies and processes for GCS colleagues
- Work with the Payroll and HR Systems team to maintain accurate HR records and ensure the HRIS system is up to date for good data management and reporting
- Ensure robust management of the central filing system for GCS colleague files, keeping all records up to date and documents easily located

The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a human resources role.
