We are working with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation based in London, who is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As the HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the People Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance processes are up to standard.
- Supporting internal communications, engagement campaigns, and company events.
- Assisting with the rollout of new HR systems and improving processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of HR while contributing to meaningful projects within a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Previous HR admin experience within hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.
- Bonus points if you've worked on system implementation projects!
