Purpose of the position:

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the core business function to ensure that Company and Corporate objectives are met by providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the HR department based in Aberdeen. This role would suit an individual, who is willing to learn what makes a busy HR Team work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide general administrative support for shared mailboxes relating to recruitment, medicals, and general HR, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Process all expenses for onshore and offshore personnel, ensuring minimum turnaround period.
• Maintain the Saipem Aberdeen headcounts for both staff and contractor in respect of starters, leavers, and amendments, assisting with the HR reports required by Corporate and the Kingston office.
• Maintain holiday records and associated paperwork for end of year accruals.
• Check, log, and send document batches to the Kingston office. Log returned documents and distribute.
• Arrange any ad-hoc travel required for personnel to attend medical appointments or training, within the corporate guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Personal Logistics Team as and when required.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the HR Supervisor.
