HR Administrator
Location: Rugeley (WS15)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (flexible)
Pay: Up to £14.30 per hour
Working arrangements: Hybrid

We're working with a well-established specialist contractor delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions across Britain looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team. You'll provide day-to-day HR support across the business, helping with everything from recruitment and onboarding through to employee records, payroll support and training.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Preparing job adverts, offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Updating HR systems, including BrightHR and TimeKeeper.
- Managing training records and arranging employee training.
- Supporting payroll with timesheets, absences and contractual changes.
- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries.
- Supporting employees with policies, holiday entitlement and HR procedures.
- Ensuring HR records are accurate and GDPR compliant.
- Providing general HR administration support to the wider business.

What we're looking for
- Previous HR administration experience is essential.
- CIPD Level 3/4 qualified or currently working towards a qualification.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using HR systems or databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Confident communication skills.
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
