HR Administrator (Temporary Ongoing)
Location: Windsor
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Salary: £13.00-16.00p/h
Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Windsor who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who is available to start immediately and is looking to gain experience within a busy and supportive HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
- Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
- Managing holiday, absence and sickness records
- Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and candidate communication
- Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all personnel files are accurate and compliant
- Assisting with HR projects and reporting where required

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a HR Administration role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Able to commit to full-time hours of 40 hours per week
