The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services. They maintain employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, support payroll and benefits administration, and respond to employee queries. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing employment documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits.
  • Process HR paperwork, including contracts, amendments, and leaver documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support across HR functions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
