Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation within the children's services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.
HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
- Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns, and recruitment administration
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and recruitment documentation
- Processing safer recruitment checks, including DBS applications and references
- Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files, and recruitment trackers

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
