HR Administrator Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client’s HR team on a temporary basis for an initial 2–3 month assignment.

Fully on-site role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience within HR, and the client would be happy to consider recent graduates as well as candidates with previous HR or administrative experience.

The role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence, maintaining trackers, supporting employee requests and assisting with general HR queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
  • Preparing and issuing HR-related letters and correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating HR trackers and employee records
  • Supporting with employee relations administration and tracking ER activity
  • Processing and monitoring extended leave requests
  • Assisting with general employee and HR-related queries
  • Ensuring HR documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Supporting the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential, provided you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
