Are you an organised and customer-focused HR professional looking for your next opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team within our WPS business. Based from our Finsbury Park office, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, delivering an exceptional HR service and helping to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

πŸš€ What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Administrator, you'll support a range of employee-related activities, including:

  • Producing and issuing new starter offer packs accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Ensuring new starters join successfully, updating systems and notifying Payroll accordingly
  • Processing changes to employee terms and conditions, including promotions, salary changes, contractual amendments, bonuses, and working hours
  • Managing all leaver administration to ensure a smooth and positive exit experience
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems, investigating and resolving data discrepancies
  • Supporting the upkeep and development of the HR section of the Group Intranet
  • Providing first-line HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Managing workflow requests, system updates, and employee data administration
  • Responding to employment reference requests in line with Data Protection requirements
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting the wider HR team as required

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administration within a busy HR environment
  • Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate About Delivering An Excellent Employee Experience
