As an HR Administrator in the hospitality industry, you'll work as part of an HR team of 14. Based in London, you'll handle day-to-day HR generalist duties in a fast-paced environment
Client Details
They are a well-known hospitality group, with a head office in central London.
Description
- Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with onboarding for new hires, including preparing contracts and conducting inductions.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training sessions and track attendance and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team for various projects and initiatives.

Profile
You Will
- Be looking to start a career in HR and be passionate about this
- Either have an HR degree and be seeking to start in this field. Or you may have admin and office experience and are looking to start a long-term HR career.
- Have at some point worked in a really fast-paced environment such as hospitality or retail and have gained a customer-focused mindset. You may have gained this work experience whilst studying, a while ago, or recently. It is just about having a very customer-focused mindset.

Job Offer
- Salary between £27,000 and £32,000, dependent on the candidate.
- Discretionary performance-based bonus.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Complimentary food on certain days.
