Job Title: HR Administrator

A respected Real Estate Lender based in Liverpool Street is keen to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to work closely with senior managers within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage all HR administration matters across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction through to leaver processes.
  • Accurately create and maintain employee records within the HR database, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts of employment via Adobe Sign, ensuring all contracts are sent on time.
  • Produce and process contractual documentation, including contract changes, variation and leaver letters, employment references, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and secure electronic employee files, ensuring all documentation is appropriately recorded and filed.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by efficiently managing the HR mailbox, responding to employee and manager queries, and ensuring enquiries are resolved or appropriately escalated in a timely manner.

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar HR support role.
  • CIPD study/ideally Level 3 or Level 5 qualification or currently working towards one.
  • Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • The role is full office based, Monday-Friday.
