Role Description
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people, confident in providing professional HR advice and has strong attention to detail.
As a HR Adviser you will be the first point of contact for managers, providing timely and pragmatic advice on a range of people matters including recruitment, attendance management, policy queries, and changes to working arrangements. Alongside delivering a responsive HR advice service, you’ll play a key role in maintaining workforce data, producing management information, and identifying trends to support effective decision making.
