Vacancy for HR Adviser (Field based) at Meridian Trust
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 8, Points £32,061-£35,412
Hours: 37 hours, 52 weeks.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Core HR team as a field-based HR Advisor. This key role will provide professional advice and support to schools across Meridian Trust. This will include supporting HR colleagues with basic training, supporting with recruitment where needed, and general support with HR transactional work and advice on straightforward ER cases. The post holder will support HR colleagues in schools in carrying out their day-to-day HR tasks.
This is a field-based role, principally supporting schools in the Cambridge/Ely area, with some travel to other Trust schools located in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Stamford, and Peterborough. The school the HR Adviser will be based at will be decided upon appointment with the successful applicant.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in HR Administration.
- Driving License and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Strong and demonstrable administration skills.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
