People Services Advisor

Location: South London (Northern Line)

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9:00am - 5:30pm) - 5 days on site

About the Opportunity

An established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced People Services Advisor to join its Head Office team based in South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing expert advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of People Services, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees while contributing to a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-10 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
  • Experience within a multi-site environment such as healthcare, retail, logistics, or a similarly complex organisation would be advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, ideally including Workday and ADP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills across face-to-face, telephone, video, and written channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
