We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's HR team on a temporary basis, providing additional support for circa 4 months.
In this role, you'll work independently to deliver a high-quality, professional and commercially focused HR advisory service, managing a broad range of employee relations matters and supporting managers across the organisation. This position will play a key role in ensuring operational HR activity continues to be delivered effectively, enabling HR Business Partners to focus on strategic priorities and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, performance management, probation, flexible working, family leave, and workplace conflict.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice.
- Assess risk and recommend appropriate solutions, escalating only the most complex or high-risk cases.
- Prepare case documentation, correspondence, and management reports.
- Support and lead formal meetings and hearings where appropriate.
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational change activity as required.

About You
You'll be an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and the confidence to manage complex casework autonomously. You'll be comfortable building trusted relationships with managers, balancing risk with practical business solutions, and working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
