Michael Page are excited to partner with a leading, successful manufacturing organisation based in North Nottinghamshire to appoint for a HR Advisor to join a busy team.
This role can offer a hybrid working model of circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week. As this is a national organisation, occasional travel to other sites will be required to meet business needs.
Description
Working as part of a small, busy HR team, reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Advisor will provide generalist support to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide advice and guidance on a wide variety of employee relations casework
- Coach and advice managers and leaders how to deal with people matters
- Support with recruitment and on-boarding
- Support with organisational change projects
- Work with the Head of HR on HR projects and initiatives
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys and action planning
- Review HR data and trends to support with strategic decision making

Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role.
