A Career-Defining Opportunity
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations and looking for an opportunity that offers genuine development and progression?
We're partnering with a hugely successful Liverpool-based business that is continuing on an impressive growth journey. Financially strong, ambitious, and investing heavily in its people function, this organisation offers the chance to join a high-performing HR team at an exciting time.
This is far more than a typical HR Advisor role. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of employee relations matters, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. With the scale and growth plans of the business, there is also a strong possibility for this role to become permanent.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR advisory service, partnering with managers across the business and supporting a broad range of people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
