Team: Human Resources

Location: Remote

Work pattern: 35 hours per week

Salary: Up to £42,182.64 per year

Contract: Fixed term until 8th July 2027

Responsibilities of our HR Advisor:

  • Provide expert advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, employee relations, employment law and subsequent case work
  • Demonstrate a solution focused approach and ensure that managers receive timely, compliant and consistent advice and guidance
  • Act as a role model and demonstrate our values in all aspects of your work

What we’re looking for in our HR Advisor:

  • CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification
  • Excellent understanding of employment law
  • A proven background of employee relations case work, managing all case types from start to finish and managing multiple cases at any given time
  • Experience of providing day-to-day HR advice and support in a large, multi-site and multi-functional organisation
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and engage effectively with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders
