Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Development Team. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and enjoys building trusted relationships across the business.

Working closely with managers and leaders across our hotels and Central Services teams, you'll provide practical people advice, support positive employee experiences, and help drive consistent, fair people decisions. You'll bring strong employee relations expertise, sound judgement, and the confidence to challenge constructively, while using data and insight to strengthen management capability and support our values-driven culture.

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert people advice and guidance across our hotels, Central Services teams, and Little Bill & Impress Laundry. Working closely with managers and leaders, you'll help create a positive employee experience while ensuring people matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment legislation.

  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability, and workplace conduct matters.
  • Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to managers on a wide range of people matters.
  • Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals, ensuring processes are fair, compliant, and well managed.
  • Coaching managers to build confidence in handling employee relations issues effectively and consistently.
  • Promoting early and informal resolutions to workplace concerns wherever appropriate.
  • Reviewing policies, procedures, and guidance, while supporting compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Analysing employee relations data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Building trusted relationships with managers and leaders across the business, providing insight and support on people priorities.
  • Supporting organisational change, consultation activities, and wider People & Development initiatives.
  • Championing a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and open communication across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
