Working for Capstone Foster Care as a HR Advisor you will have the unique opportunity to work for a company that is owned by its employees, as an Employee Ownership Trust. Employee Ownership Trusts result in improved employee wellbeing, staff engagement and a sense of achievement. We are able to invest more in Learning and Development and pay all our staff annual salary increments.
Due to growth, we are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to manage a wide range of ER cases, provide practical HR advice and promote a positive workplace culture. Direct experience in managing a caseload including but not limited to performance management, grievance, sickness monitoring, investigations, redundancy, TUPE. This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy HR Team.

As a HR Advisor in the team, you must have the ability to:
- Manage your own caseload whilst meeting deadlines
- Be proactive, solution-focused and have a highly professional approach
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Analyse and report on HR data
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Applicants Must Have

- Minimum of 12 months in a similar role
- CIPD Level 3 or 5
- Knowledge of fostering and childcare legislation desirable
- Be eligible to work within the UK
