Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, innovative environment? We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join our client’s growing team and deliver a high‑quality, people‑focused service to their global and UK-based employee population.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about driving positive change, employee engagement and best‑practice HR. You will take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting employees and leaders and play a key role in delivering the HR strategy, ensuring they attract, develop and retain the talent needed for future success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a proactive, solutions‑focused HR service, empowering managers to confidently lead their teams.
- Manage ER cases involving performance, discipline, and grievance.
- Serve as first point of contact for all HR matters.
- Lead and collaboratively support HR and L&D projects.
- Build relationships with external organisations to strengthen employer brand visibility.
The Successful Candidate Will Have

- CIPD qualification (ideally).
- Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a global fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Comfortable analysing HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
- Highly collaborative team player.
