HR Advisor
A premier US law firm in the city is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the London team on an 18-month FTC. The human resources function at the firm oversees the operational aspects of payroll, employee benefits, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Advisor – What you’ll be doing:
- Manage parental leave processes, including maternity, shared parental, and paternity leave.
- Manage long-term absence and occupational health cases.
- Oversee immigration matters, including visa applications, renewals, and tracking.
- Assist with arrangements for short-term assignments to and from other offices and client secondments.
- Manage flexible working requests.
- Support on HRIS (Workday) projects, initiatives, and programmes for London.
- Provide support on employee relations matters.
- Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Draft HR correspondence and letters as required.
- Produce ad-hoc reports when required.
- Support cyclical HR activities and provide ad-hoc assistance to the Director of Administration and Head of HR, if required.

- Previous experience in a law firm environment.
- Knowledge of UK immigration matters, including sponsorship.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong IT skills: Workday experience is advantageous.
- Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
