Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation with sites across the East Midlands. This role will sit as part of a close-knit team supporting a busy business unit.
What you will be doing
- Provide practical, sound HR advice and coach line managers on best practice.
- Management of a busy ER caseload, partnering closely with key stakeholders.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to day-to-day HR activities, projects, and initiatives that support both the business and colleagues.
- Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose.

What they are looking for
- Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level with a focus on employee relations.
- Ability to commute to Leicester and comfortable being onsite at least 4 days a week.
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced blue-collar organisation.
- CIPD qualified preferred.
