The successful candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic advice.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay informed about labor market conditions to advise clients accordingly.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to enhance the company’s visibility and candidate outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
