HR Advisor – Nottingham (Onsite) £20.50 per hour (Equivalent to 40k PA | Full-time | 9:00–17:00

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy and varied role, providing essential HR support during a transitional period within the team.

You will play a key role in maintaining continuity across core HR operations for a period of 2 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) cases
  • Coaching and supporting line managers on people-related matters
  • Coordinating and arranging Occupational Health clinics
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including letters, documentation, and HR administration
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

About You

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Strong ER knowledge and confident handling of casework
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong administrative capability
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment
