HR Advisor – Nottingham (Onsite) £20.50 per hour (Equivalent to 40k PA | Full-time | 9:00–17:00
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy and varied role, providing essential HR support during a transitional period within the team.
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity across core HR operations for a period of 2 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) cases
- Coaching and supporting line managers on people-related matters
- Coordinating and arranging Occupational Health clinics
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including letters, documentation, and HR administration
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, while project-based work will be supported by Sam, allowing you to focus on operational HR delivery.
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role
- Strong ER knowledge and confident handling of casework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong administrative capability
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment
