£36,000-£38,000 | Full Time | Permanent | Spalding, Lincolnshire

MorePeople is partnering with a well established fresh produce business in Spalding to recruit an HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, ideally within food manufacturing or fresh produce, and will be confident working both independently and as part of a team while providing proactive, expert HR support across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisors
  • Providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development and exit
  • Managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence
  • Reporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performance
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or Fresh Produce background
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalent
  • Confident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive and practical with a collaborative approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using HR systems (e.g. HRIS platforms)
