We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well-established firm in Neath to support with an increased workload due to a recent acquisition and significant growth. This is a great opportunity that could potentially lead to a more long-term position.

As HR Advisor you will:
- Use your strong administrative skills when dealing with onboarding, recruitment screening, absence management, and processing of new starters.
- Showcase your accuracy when updating employee records, supporting with payroll, managing probationary periods, and getting involved with day-to-day HR activities.
- Be involved in disciplinaries, investigations, training, and exit interviews.
