Synnovis HR Advisor Opportunity
At Synnovis, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory Team and help deliver a high-quality people service that supports exceptional healthcare outcomes.
About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees across the organisation, supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters. You will play a vital role in ensuring our policies, procedures, and employment practices are applied consistently and effectively.
Our hybrid working approach means you'll divide your time between our headquarters, hospital locations, and home. You'll be confident using Microsoft Teams and telephone to deliver advice remotely while developing strong, professional relationships with stakeholders across the business.
You will work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and collaborate with colleagues across Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning & Development, Training, and Legal to ensure a seamless employee experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our small and supportive HR Advisory team, you will provide a high-quality, responsive HR advisory and employee relations service to managers and employees across all levels of the organisation and across multiple locations.
- Deliver timely and practical HR advice, ensuring managers are equipped to effectively manage people-related matters while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR policies, procedures, and transactional processes.
- Play a key role in employee relations case management, providing guidance and support on matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and organisational change.
- Work closely with the wider HR team and HR Business Partners to provide business-focused HR solutions that support organisational objectives and enhance the employee experience.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to help identify and manage people-related risks, support change initiatives, and ensure a consistent and pragmatic approach to people management across the business.
- Champion Synnovis' values and cultural standards, helping to create a positive and inclusive working environment.
