HR Advisor Opportunity
This HR Advisor opportunity will see you become a trusted partner to managers, helping create positive employee experiences while supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, support organisational change and contribute to initiatives that continually improve the employee experience. Your responsibilities as HR Advisor
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, flexible working and workplace conflict
- Support organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
- Advise on employment legislation, policies and HR best practice to ensure compliant and consistent decision-making
- Work closely with colleagues across the People function to deliver initiatives covering performance, learning and development, engagement and wellbeing
- Produce HR data and insights to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement
- Assist with developing People policies, processes and projects that enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for in a HR Advisor
- Previous generalist HR experience within an in-house environment
- Confident managing a complex employee relations caseload, with proven experience coaching and supporting managers through a wide range of ER matters.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes
- Experience supporting managers through a broad range of people matters
- Ability to interpret Human Resources data and contribute to process improvements
- CIPD qualified, part-qualified or currently working towards qualification is desirable
