HR Advisor
Northampton £30k - £36k DOE + excellent company benefits
ENB are supporting one of our Northampton based clients who are looking for an additional HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
The salary range is based on experience and applications are open to those with a CIPD Level 3 or a graduate looking for their first step into an HR office, this could be a great opportunity for that. Likewise, if you are an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
This role will support the HR Manager and the wider HR team in developing and administering a high level of HR support across the company.
Day-to-day, you will be:
- Providing HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and employees, supporting a wide range of people matters in line with company policies and employment legislation.
- Supporting ER activities, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance, and wellbeing cases.
- Coordinating payroll processes, collating and submitting accurate information within agreed deadlines, and responding to payroll-related queries where required.
- Maintaining employee records and HR administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, secure, and compliant.
- Managing the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and providing a positive employee experience from day one.
- Managing training records and supporting the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development activities across the business.
- Working independently, taking ownership of key HR processes while contributing to the success of the wider HR team and supporting business objectives.

- A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent HR experience gained within a generalist HR environment).
- A resilient and proactive nature, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate challenging situations effectively.
- The confidence to work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.
- A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace.
