About The Role
The HR Advisor role at CMA Recruitment Group offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing, people-focused organization. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant experience and professional qualifications, including:
- Previous experience within a generalist HR role, preferably at HR Advisor level or similar
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a strong interest in progressing towards Level 5 or higher
- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with HR systems and record-keeping, along with proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities
The HR Advisor will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Providing proactive and practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Supporting employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires
- Coordinating employee benefits administration, including managing annual renewals, liaising with external providers, and ensuring accurate records
- Assisting with HR projects, policy reviews, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Supporting learning and development initiatives to promote employee growth and engagement
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the preparation of reports and analytics to inform decision-making
